By using this site, submitting the diagnostic scan form, booking a strategy call, or purchasing any paid tier (Dormant Revenue Audit Kit, Intelligence, Growth Engine, Full Command, or Command Max), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The free diagnostic — what it is, and what it isn't
The free 72-hour diagnostic is an informational report computed from the inputs you provide on the scan form (your practice name, website, and free-text answers). The output is generated from your inputs and publicly available data about your practice — it is not financial, legal, or medical advice.
We make no guarantee of revenue outcomes. Numbers such as "+$23K median leak" or "+40% booked calls" that appear on this site or in scan outputs are illustrative scenarios modeled on published industry benchmarks. They are not customer testimonials and they are not a promise of what your practice will achieve.
Paid services and Stripe Connect checkout
Paid tiers are listed on the pricing section of this site. Each tier is fulfilled on a recurring or one-time basis as described at the point of sale. Checkout is handled by Stripe through a Stripe Connected Account managed for us by the Polsia platform:
- Checkout sessions are created server-side in
routes/checkout.jsby posting to the Polsiaapp-payments/checkout-sessionendpoint, which provisions a session on our Connected Account. - Subscription billing, invoicing, refunds, disputes, sales tax / VAT, and PCI compliance are governed by Stripe's Connected Account terms, not by these Terms.
- By clicking a pricing CTA and completing Stripe checkout, you also agree to Stripe's services agreement and privacy policy as a Stripe Connected Account customer.
No guarantees
To be explicit: we don't guarantee any specific revenue outcome, reactivation rate, lead volume, or ROI from this service. The illustrative scenario numbers shown on this site are modeled on industry benchmarks, not on customer outcomes. Your actual results depend on your practice, your market, your team, and the actions you take with the output.
Refund policy
Every paid tier carries a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first payment. Intelligence, Growth Engine, Full Command, and Command Max are covered on the same terms. The Dormant Revenue Audit Kit (one-time purchase) is covered by the same 14-day window. No questions asked. Email support@clarioscope.ai within 14 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund.
After the 14-day window, you can cancel any recurring monthly fee at any time before the next billing cycle. Service continues through the period you have already paid for; you will not be charged again.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the diagnostic framework, scan reports, nurture emails, scripts, and any work product we deliver to you — remains the intellectual property of ClarioScope. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own practice. Your data remains yours; on termination we will delete what we hold per the deletion process in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the total fees you have paid us in the trailing twelve (12) months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. For any questions about these Terms, email support@clarioscope.ai.
